Description and Requirements:
Would you like to join our team of Telephone Interpreters?
What this means for you:
You will be able to work from home (an office or ‘quiet’ room).
You can choose hours to suit your other freelance commitments.
Payment will be on a per minute basis.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
Native-level mastery of Chinese and your other language(s) (English, Korean, Russian)
At lease 2/3 years experience in face to face or telephone interpreting.
A confident telephone voice with strong listening and retention skills.
Extensive vocabulary ranging from formal languages to colloquialisms and slang.
Ability to relay information accurately, completely and succinctly.
Good communication skills and ability to deal with the public.
A telephone land line.
Resident in China
